Anti Aging Tips



I’ve gathered a few anti aging tips from reading beauty blogs and magazines, here they are:
  • Enough sleep –> 7-8 hours, everyone has different sleep needs, find yours, sleep at same time every night and complete your meal 4 hours before that
  • Laugh –> A good laugh would really help reduce stress hormones such as cortisol and epinephrine. When laughing the brain also releases endorphins that can relieve some physical pain.
  • Sunblock –> SPF SPF SPF! 15 to 30 SPF, that can protect your skin from UVA and UVB
  • Meditation –> clear your head for 10-15 mediation, people who meditate have longer elomeres—the protective caps on the ends of chromosome, short telomeres are believed to be markers of accelerated aging
  • Love your work –> obvious, isn’t it? Plus you get paid
  • Not smoking –> your skin and lungs will thank you for it
  • Exercise or move actively –> to make you energize throughout the day
  • Think positive –> Worrying is troublesome and needless, and some things are uncontrollable  
  • Use face scrubs –> simplest ones are e.g. to mix baking soda and olive oil or turmeric powder and plain yoghurt, cheap and chemical free
  • Hang out with your friends regularly –> talking with your friends after a tough week will make you smile at the end of the day
