According to an online report by Us Magazine, Britney Spears stunned browsers of a Hustler store in West Hollywood on Sunset Boulevade when she allegedly took off her clothes to change into a pair of underwear right in the middle of the shop.

Us says the incident happened shortly before 1am on November 18. Spears reportedly stocked up on naughty panties and headed to the fitting rooms. But shop employees "told her they don't allow people to try on underwear," a source at the scene says. "She was really upset." "She looked out of it. There was nothing going on behind her eyes."

Us reports that "At that point, Spears threw a fit, and took off her own underwear before trying on a pair of boyshorts (with 'Barely Legal' stitched across the rear end) in the middle of the store while 15 other customers looked on."

An eyewitness told the magazine: "The employees kept saying 'Don't change out here!' She's just like, 'Well, I couldn't take them in the fitting room!' It was like dealing with a child.

The source also claims that Spears left the store without paying for a wig and that the singer was unhappy about having to pay for the goods.

"The staff told her she had to pay, and she rolled her eyes, but paid with a credit card... on her way out, she went up to a mannequin, snatched the wig off the head, and stole it!," the onlooker claimed.

Britney Spears is pregnant with her third child, according to reports yesterday. The father of the baby is allegedly music producer JR Rotem, who apparently confirmed the news to In Touch Weekly in the US saying: "It's true."

The magazine says that Spears emailed a copy of her ultrasound scan to friends on November 14, confiding that she was just over four weeks pregnant.

"We aren’t surprised that her people are trying to put out fires. Fact is, we have it confirmed by the dad, J.R. [Rotem]."

Leva said the magazine had gone back to Rotem Wednesday to reconfirm the original story and his quotes, including his claim that Spears e-mailed a copy of her ultrasound photo of her baby to her best pals Nov. 16. OMG ,is it true brit ?

Hot Celebrity News! Britney Spears Christmas with her kids and shooting new video

Britney spears was reportedly granted custody of two-year-old Sean Preston and 14-month-old Jayden James for Christmas Day during a closed Los Angeles court hearing Monday, according to a report.

It's believed Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon granted Britney's custody because her ex-husband Kevin Federline had the boys for Thanksgiving last Thursday.

Britney currently has three weekly visits with her sons, including one overnight stay, all supervised by a court-appointed parenting coach, while Kevin has been awarded temporary full custody.

The couple's next hearing has been scheduled for January 23.

Also discussed at yesterday's hearing, which was attended by Britney's lawyer Anne Kiley and Kevin's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, was the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services' request for access to the former couple's case file - in particular documents, which have been sealed.

A lawyer for the county was present in the courtroom, and requested all media be removed before he addressed the court. Neither Britney or Kevin were present.

After a closed-door court hearing in Los Angeles yesterday, Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini said:

"There was extensive discussion and agreement on the visitation over the holiday period. It's different from the existing [custody] schedule."

As for the other news, Britney will begin filming the music video for her next single 'Piece of Me' from her hit new album ‘Blackout’.

The shoot begins at 8 a.m. at Los Angeles restaurant Social Hollywood and will be directed by Wayne Isham, who created the video for her 2002 hit, "I'm Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman."

A source revealed, "In the video, Britney and her dancers enter a club in matching wigs and trench coats in order to sneak her in. But once they get in she takes off her disguise, and ends up being followed by the paparazzi anyway. She will shoot scenes where she dances on a bar and runs down a staircase."

The insider revealed that as Britney has a scheduled visit with Sean and Jayden today she will only be available to film for two hours, between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.

"I'm still trying to decide which one I like more," he says.

Not only Britney spears follow by paparazy , this week George Clooney, says paparazy are endangering celebrities on the streets of LA.

A video clip on TMZ.com depicts Clooney this week pulling over to the side of a street, reports AP, then saying to paparazzi: “You can drive all you want, you can take my picture all you want, but what you cannot do is put people in danger.”

“You look at the footage of (Britney Spears) running the red light … there’s eight guys with cameras at night in the middle of the street,” Clooney said to tv syndicated show Tuesday “Entertainment Tonight.”

“There are no rules now,” he says, are referred to the photographers as “bounty hunters”.

“What they’re doing is illegal. It’s high-speed chases and they’re competing with each other. They’re not trying to catch me doing something stupid, they’re trying to create me doing something stupid. You don’t get to break all these laws and then say, `I’m just doing my job.’ … I don’t want to restrict anyone’s rights… Take your pictures but don’t go 60 (miles per hour) down a one-way street.”

Lawyer Eric Ervin, who worked with Spears as a teenager, tells Us Weekly in its new cover story that the "virgin" image Spears portrayed was, in his words, a "PR blitz." In fact, Us reports in its new issue that Spears lost her virginity at 14 to boyfriend named Reg Jones, and that she and Justin Timberlake were intimate from the beginning.

Us has learned that Spears' paternal grandmother, Emma Jean Spears, in June 1966 committed suicide at age 31. Britney's grandmother, who suffered from depression, shot herself in the chest with a shotgun at the grave of her infant son who had died eight years earlier just three days after being born.

A local newspaper article obtained by Us reported at the time: "The shotgun had been pressed against the woman's chest and she apparently pulled the trigger with a toe of the right foot from which a shoe had been removed." The newspaper reported that Emma Jean had attempted suicide three times before.

Emma Jean Spears left behind four other children, including Britney's father, Jamie Spears, then an eighth grader. Two of Jamie Spears' brothers ended up with criminal records and homeless.

Despite calls for changes in the existing custody agreement between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline, the judge in the case ruled today that things are (basically) to stay the same.

Today’s emergency hearing dealt primarily with the pop star’s apparent inability to respond in a timely fashion to calls from the testing facility for her court-ordered random drug tests. According to K-Fed’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, who told the judge that the singer exists in a “parallel universe,” Brit has not responded properly to 8 out of 14 attempts (each “failed” attempt consists of three phone calls from the facility within a one hour period).

Britney’s excuse? Aside from her lawyer Anne Kiley calling the testing facility “corrupt” and the facility’s head a “liar,” it appears that Britney’s biggest problem is the time at which the facility calls.

“She’s a pop star and you can’t expect her to be awake at 7 or 8 in the morning,” Kiley told the court. When the judge pointed out that he had “no doubt” that Ms. Kiley would respond in a timely manner at that hour, she retorted, “But you’re not a pop star with a number one album!”

Rather than point out that Britney’s album was actually a distant number two on this week’s Billboard list, the judge said “This isn’t about who’s a rock star… We’re all bending over backwards to get her to behave like ordinary people.”

Also at issue is Britney’s apparent cell phone issues. Both Kaplan and the judge mentioned problems of changed phone numbers, lost phones, assistants answering and then hanging up, calls being forwarded to random numbers and so on.

“Is there a special section in the family code dedicated to Ms Spears,” Asked Kaplan. “Should the lab be on standby for when she calls and says ‘I’m up now, I’m ready to receive visitors?’”

After a recess, during which the court was unable to secure a new testing facility, Kaplan asked that Britney no longer be allowed to drive the boys, and that if she’s in the car with them, another person must drive. The judge shot this idea down, stating that it would in effect be a change to the custody ruling, but not without a bit of scolding for the beleaguered songstress.

“She’s a mom. She needs to take responsibility,” explained the judge. “It’s not about Britney Spears getting up at 8:30am. It’s about a court order… Do you want a tech standing by for her? Like a fireman ready to go when she’s ready?”

In closing, the judge stressed the need for Britney and her attorney to come up with a dedicated number on which the singer could be reached at all times. “You can change the number every day,” explained the judge, saying that she must let Kaplan and the testing facility know of the change. Explained the judge: “It comes down to: You get the call, you respond to the call, you get tested.”

Guitarist Scott Kohler, 29, said the singer asked him and ten other strangers to her Hollywood mansion — two days after she lost visiting rights to her kids.

He said the 25-year-old downed vodka, then stripped to her underwear and said: “Let’s get in the Jacuzzi.”

Kohler said one man offered Britney cocaine and “joked he wanted to do a line off her chest, and she agreed.”

She “seemed drunk” and took coke herself, he claimed. But she still passed a court-ordered drug test the next day.

Kohler, who met Britney at LA club Hyde, told US mag In Touch: “She was in a great mood. She didn’t have a care in the world.”

"At the end of the day, you've just got to know in your heart that you're doing the best that you can and that's basically it."

It’s cute how Britney’s friends assume she’s somewhat familiar with the reproductive system. As far as Britney’s concerned, every once in a while, let’s say for about 8-9 months, she craves hamburgers and ice cream a little more than usual. Britney Spears gave her first formal interview to Ryan Seacrest Oct 31 morning on his radio show.

Friends Alli Sims and Sam Lufti first spoke to Ryan from Britney’s home because, as they explained, Britney was still sleeping at 9:00 a.m.

When Brit finally came to the phone, she sounded sleepy but cheerful when Ryan asked her what she did to celebrate the release of “Blackout” last night.

“It was laid back, really,” she said. “We watched movies, that’s about it…we had fried chicken.”

When Ryan asked what kind of promotion Britney has lined up for the album, Sam interrupted, “This is it!”

Alli also clarified that Sam and Brit are “just friends,” and that rumors of a hookup with Tony Romo aren’t true.

Britney finally talked about “Blackout,” explaining that her favorite track is “Heaven on Earth.” “I think it’s a cool track,” Britney said.

What about Britney’s now famous, “It’s Britney, bitch” line that grabbed headlines from “Gimme More?”

"Oh, God," she sighed. “The producer told me to say that. I didn’t do it.”

As for “Piece of Me,” in which Britney takes aim at the media, she said, “Whenever you go there’s a lot of people who want to ask questions…it’s a cute way of putting it out there.”

She added, “People say what they want and do what they do. It’s sad how cruel the world can be. At the end of the day you’ve got to know in your heart that you’re doing the best that you can.”

“Are you doing the best that you can for your kids?” Ryan pointedly asked.

“God, yeah,” she responded, though she spoke softer and seemed to tune out as the interview turned more personal.
